So... how do we make a living?
First, we are executive recruiters and many of those registering with us will become active candidates for our retained search practice. Second, we work with thousands of 'other' recruiters and staffing professionals worldwide. If they, in turn, place an Affiliate or Partner in one of their search assignments, we split any fee generated.

How do things work?
When you first register with us you become an Affiliate. This means you can participate in our TeleWorkShop's on career skills, become part of our online database which is available to select executive search firms / staffing associates. Additionally Associates have access to career tools, on-going support, employment news, video interviews and other helpful information. To jump start your re-careering efforts, you can work toward become a Partner.

How do you become a Partner?
Becoming a Partner is an earned privilege. We select our partners on a variety of criteria including their fit to active searches, their qualifications and background and/or their involvement in our ongoing efforts. Once again Partner status is earned, not purchased.
